Returns & Refunds
Returns are considered only for eligible, non-custom jewelry. Customers must contact us and ship their return within 5 calendar days of receiving the item.
Returned jewelry must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and in its original condition. Return shipping costs and adequate return insurance are the customer's responsibility.
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from the original merchandise purchase price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returned merchandise will be inspected before a refund is approved.
