Shipping: Ready-to-ship jewelry is generally processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Shipping options and rates are available at checkout.
Shipping Insurance & Delivery Responsibility
Due to the value and irreplaceable nature of our jewelry, shipping insurance is strongly recommended for all purchases, particularly pieces containing rare natural turquoise and precious metals.
Joshua Bingham Jewelry LLC is not responsible for shipping delays, theft, or damage caused by third-party carriers to the extent permitted by applicable law. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are considered only for eligible, non-custom jewelry. Customers must contact us and ship their return within 5 calendar days of receiving the item.
Returned jewelry must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and in its original condition. Return shipping costs and adequate return insurance are the customer's responsibility.
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from the original merchandise purchase price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returned merchandise will be inspected before a refund is approved.
