Refund Policy: Since the Website/Artist offers tangible goods we do not provide refunds on custom orders/commissions after the product is purchased or commissioned, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the Website/social media. Refunds for items that are not custom made need to be shipped back to Joshua Bingham Jewelry within 5 days of being received by the customer. Items must be returned in new condition to receive a refund and there will be charged a 20% restocking fee. (Deducted from sale price.)
